A profile is the starting point — not the whole strategy. Here's how to use Locker23 to make a proactive transfer plan.
- Download the app and create your free profile. Enter accurate playing, academic and JUCO details. Select the relevant JUCO transfer focus if available in your profile settings.
- Make your profile coach-ready. Add a strong primary highlight video, your best position, recent playing history, graduation/transfer timeline and relevant achievements. Check your public link opens correctly.
- Switch your profile live. A live profile can be discovered by verified coaches searching Locker23. You control your visibility settings.
- Build a realistic college shortlist. Include ambitious targets, good-fit programmes and alternatives across NCAA D1, D2, D3 and NAIA. Consider academics, eligibility, finances and likely playing opportunities.
- Research the coaching staff. Use the college information available to you, then visit each programme's official athletics website to confirm the current coach and email address.

Should I still email coaches directly?
Definitely. Shortlist suitable colleges, confirm current coaching contacts and include your personal Locker23 profile URL in a short, personalised email. Being discoverable and being proactive work together.
Can four-year coaches contact me?
Coaches can request your contact details through Locker23. You choose whether to accept or decline. Locker23 does not provide in-app messaging.
Does Locker23 guarantee a transfer or scholarship?
No. The platform supports recruitment and discovery. Admissions, eligibility, scholarships and roster opportunities depend on individual colleges.
How do I claim three months of Premium?
Create your player profile and accurately list your current JUCO. Our team will review your details and, once verified, send you an individual Premium code with redemption instructions. You do not need to request it.
